Morning Gratitude
I rest within a state of gratitude, embraced by light and fullness of being. I am whole, worthy, one with all that is naturally mine, and me.

Joy flows through me, filling every space. I know I am adored and cared for, held gently in Love’s embrace as each moment of my day unfolds with grace.
As I feel the infinite nature of this Care, I stay within its warmth and assurance. Whatever thoughts arise, I observe them from this stillness, questioning any aspect of fear or pain until it releases its hold.
Bliss is the state of an unfettered mind.
In this moment, nothing disturbs the peace of gratitude. I accept and rest in the infinite source of Love and Light, Freedom and Power, held in unwavering grace.
Consciousness is rising. It has always been here, holding me, and I am awakening to its presence.
This day is precious, filled with joy and promise — Love preparing and caring for every aspect of my being. I am held in the palm of Love’s knowing.
I feel the fullness of Life, along with my calling — to love without condition or assumption, to allow each idea to unfold in its season, to embrace the beauty of each moment and welcome their lessons and discoveries. Life is an infinite bouquet, fragrant with possibility, inviting us to celebrate its every detail — to notice and revel in Love’s presence and power.
Within gratitude, I live in wonder.
